you could just say "te gusta hacer?" and it would be the vernacular (normal conversation-on-the-street) way to say it.

saying "Qué es lo que te gusta hacer?" is like saying "what is the thing that pleases you to do?"
which would be silly.
"te gusta hacer?" or "que te gusta hacer?" is just liek saying "what do you like to do?"
