Re: Shanrath's Sandpit
OOC: Hey, this sounds like a pretty fun style of RP, I think I'll give it a shot since the RPs that I'm in are going pretty slow at the moment, count me in. I'll be using Ralis and Salis (not related lol, probably gonna change her name when I get around to it, I'll call her Sally in the RP to help with any confusion), both of their profiles are linked in my signature.

The young man garbed in all black stepped into the arena's preparation area. He let out a loud yawn, brushing some of his pure, white locks of hair out of his eyes. Ralis then held both of his arms over his head and leaned forward a bit, hearing numerous pops and cracks in his shoulders and spine, groaning softly as his joints and back loosened up, getting limber. He then turned his open hands into balled fists, punching them together firmly, creating more of the popping sounds with his cracking knuckles.
"Well this ought to be fun or something at least, " he yawned again, being sure to bring plenty of pistol rounds and bullets for his ornate and powerful revolver, holstered at his hip. He made sure that pieces of his weapons were almost already assembled so he could quickly form them into each of their desired transformations without calling upon his dark powers, yawning a bit again. He waited in the preparation arena, pacing back and forth until something suddenly caught on his foot, making him trip and fall flat on his face.
"Dammit, what the-?!" he half-yelled, looking around the area, glaring slightly, wincing a bit from the unexpected fall, nothing was even on the ground, what tripped him? Ralis jumped to his feet, brushing his chest and pants off.
"Oww.. hey, careful there," a female and tired-sounding voice said. "You almost landed on my legs," she called out again.
Ralis immediately unholstered his revolver, spinning the barrel and pointing the gun back and forth his surroundings, still not seeing anything there to shoot. "Show yourself, don't be a coward!" he yelled out.
"Yeah, yeah, calm down..." she yawned again. Suddenly, a figure also clad in back, appeared on the ground a few feet away from him. She was apparently sleeping and he woke her up from her little nap. "What're you getting all fussy about anyway, the thing's not even gonna start for a bit yet.."
"You tripped me, dammit!" he said, angered, kneeling down by her side, shoving the nozzle of his revolver straight on her forehead. "What are you doing, sleeping here?" Ralis asked, pretty flustered.
Sally barely reacted to the loaded gun pointed on her forehead, letting out a yawn again. "Sorry about that, I was supposed to fight in the competition before this one but my partner ditched on me and I decided to take a little snooze until a new person showed up... looks like your my knight in shining armor," she shrugged, gently taking the revolver and slowing moving it away from her pretty face.
Ralis let out a small sigh, putting his ranged weapon back into his holster on his hip, shrugging a bit back in return. "Yeah, whatever, I just hope you're not useless, lady," he said, yawning a bit. Sally immediately rose to her feet, snap kicking Ralis in the chest, shoving him against the wall of the preparation area before locking lips with him, closing her eyes. Ralis' eyes widened and blinked, grabbing her shoulders and shoving her away from him.
"Geez, c'mon, lady!" he half-yelled again. "You better not be doing THAT out there if we're going to be working together, I appreciate the gesture, but that's pretty distracting!" he said.
Sally let out a mere innocent giggle, her lips curling into a smirk, facing him. "Well, if YOU actually keep up and not end up a splatter mark on the wall, you might just get a little more of that," she said. Ralis let out a sigh. "This is definitely going to be entertaining for SOMEBODY..."
