Do you mean 234 raised to the third power?

If so you'd write that like this: ((234^3)/2)^1/2, right? (^3 means that the three is an exponent, ^1/2 means square-root)

You can do that on any calculator just by entering 234^3. Dividing that by two, then hitting the square-root button.

However, are you sure that that's the order of operations? That it isn't 234 raised to the third, then square rooted, then divided?
