The wind pushed her backwards, but didn’t see an odd metal object fly into the air. One of it‘s claws dug into the right side of her face, behind her scales. What the…? The gargoyle quickly flew away, and felt some scales pull off of her, liquid silver coming from a wound. It was her blood.

Amberstone looked up and saw an odd person, grinning at her. The scent she caught from the air was human, but not. What is this human…? The cub used the wind and flew towards an open field, looking back to see the man drop the stick and glanced at the scales that were on the hook. He then turned his attention back to her and started to walk towards her.

Life Spark immediately reacted, electricity hissed around her, as she kept her eye on the strange man. “What are you…?!” her voice was coupled with a growl, but still held her confusion.
