EDIT: I see. I just prefer better comments than the one you originally gave me, and yeah it was kinda spammy and a little annoying.

About the Japanese suffixes. Maybe, though I feel like they don't really need to know what they mean to understand the most important things like what is happening in the story. But then that brings up the necessity of the suffixes. They aren't necessary. The story would be just fine without them. It's just a preference thing. It's there because I like it. In general, I write because I like it, I write for me. I'm always glad when others like it too and when they may have some good advice. I can always choose which parts of the advice I want and the parts I don't. So I may just end up being stubborn about the suffixes. Except, they could prove to be distracting to the readers ... so I'm still thinking about that.

And actually, Jaek is supposed to sound like Jake. You can often find pronunciations in the profiles of the characters I create in the Escapist's Haven. The link found in my sig under The Figments of My Imagination. Though that won't include smaller characters that I don't create. So I may end up providing a general guide outside of EH.
