Could be. Or it could be that she was one of the very few rare times that she got pregnant while being on birth control and practicing safe sex. I actually know a few women who got pregnant while on birth control. My mom (my younger brother was a surprise), my cousin, and a friend of mine (her first was a surprise). So it is still very possible.
