When Ganon is a full power (AKA when he has the Triforce of power) he can only be killed by the Silver arrows. Otherwise the MS wil do as it did in TWW.

OoX was a special case as Ganon wasn't revived properly, so a normal sword could kill him... otherwise the MS would do even better.
