If nobody cares why are you posting this? If he needs help, then help him. As Davidia said, he was banned for a reason (that reason being his brother - as far as we are concerned his brother was IP banned, not him), and unbanning him from
ZU would not solve anything.
Seriously, if he's going to kill himself then call the police, if all else fails. A mere message board won't stop death, even if it may possibly delay it.
