Re: My manga/anime-related Library

What a waste of money. I say that being an avid fan of animé and manga myself. I suggest that you learn Japanese and get someone in Japan to buy a whole lot of stuff from Book Off or similar 2nd hand stores for like ¥100ea and send them to you. That is how I picked up all of Naruto for under $60AU! (Which I promptly resold after I had read them all)

You've got some nice titles in there, btw. I particularly envy your Evangelion artbook.

Re: My manga/anime-related Library

Why do you have some books twice? (like the first FLCL book)

Don't jump to conclusions. I can easily say that most of the books were only a buck a piece, many were won in a Tokyopop lottery at Comic-con (I cheated), and another great amount of them were gifts. A little less than 10% of the books were actually paid full price.

...

Wow. What a waste of money, and a thread. I thought this would be an invitation for others to post their collections. Instead, it's some moron bragging about his manga collection with pictures.

Re: My manga/anime-related Library

I don't know why others are saying you need a new hobby. I think that's a great collection. It's a good hobby. And it's not like you just by them all at the same time, right? I'm sure it took you a while to get all those manga.

I envy you. I only have three manga in my library so far. I plan to expand it soon. ^___^
