Re: Character List
Name: Ken Harimu Masako Yonai, goes by Ken.
Species: Idiran (he is from Idir (obviously) and therefore an alien but the Idirans are very similar to humans and hylians...)
Eyes: Green
Hair: Short Black
Height: 6'2
Weight: 75kg
Personality: Playful. Ken likes to toy around with his opponents. Though depending on his mood he can go from serious to playful in a snap.
Appearance: Ken is rather tall and muscular but he is also very swift. His black hair is not very long and he has piercing green eyes. His usual clothing is a pair of baggy pants and a shirt.
Fighting skills: Mostly about every weapon and hand-to-hand combat.
Weapons: Kisei (Sword that originaly belonged to the angel of death. The sword crackles with dark energy when Ken powers up the blade for a super attack), 2 tantos, several shurikens and sometimes a few other weapons.
Armor: none
Speciality: Energy
Side Notes: Ken 'rules' over the Idir wich is a world far from Hyrule but linked to it by portals and mainstreams.
Basicly the elements are energy so Ken can choose to blast someone with ice or whatever but it's rare. Ken travels by using so called mainstreams that are major energy streams that exists everywhere.
Weakness: Ken can be a bit arrogant at times...
Bio: Ken was going to be a ruler. That was known as he was a part of the royal family.
Not that it was anything special with that, it wasn't much more power than being a general since the whole 'ruler' thing was mostly symbolic.
That's what the people liked best and so did the royals.
When Ken's father and mother died, Ken took over the 'throne'.
Ken's brother got jealous, but it was wierd since he had a quite high position in the military but he seemed to want.........more.
He was blinded by his thirst for power and a dark magician visited him.
The dark magician knew of the weakness that corrupted his mind and made him want to be supreme ruler at any cost so no one could harm him. The magician used it to leave his own body and enter Ken's brothers' body.
The magician soul was the one of the demon Culanitaschah who had been banished from the fiery hell. Even in is less powerful form he was indeed a powerful one. He freed himself of his body and visited Ken's brother at night.
Ken's brother who was not a powerful one didn't have a choice but to let the demon control his body.
More of Culanitaschah's powers came back to him as he entered the body of Ken's brother.
By using his new gained power, he easily banished Ken from the trone and proclaimed that anyone who saw him was free to kill him and if he would dare come back into a city, he would be killed.
So Ken did the only thing he could do, flee out to the wilderness.
Out there he met an old man who welcomed him and gave him food and shelter.
He also taught Ken the secrets of Jin Tau.
Ken gained strength and became stronger. He started exploring his other abilities, the way of the eternal energy.
One night he was awoken by a golden Jin*.
The jin told him about the demon and then it told him to come with him.
Knowing that he could find a large treasure or even something useful, made him run after the jin.
He ran through forests, jumped over cliffs and swam over lakes with only the glowing dot as guide.
After he had followed the jin in what seemed like forever he could suddenly feel the prescence of............something.
He continued following the jin, a little more cautious(sp) this time.
After a while they came to a clear spot in the large forest he had just ran through.
In the middle, an altar was placed. A rune was carved on the side of the altar, and it was a powerful one. You didn't have to be a wizard to understand that.
It said quite simply, Kisei - death.
Slowly Ken looked up untill his eyes was fixed on the sword that was placed there.
"Take it. It belonged to the angel of death. It may be a dark sword but it still have a bit of holyness."
Ken stumbled forward and after a second of doubt, he grasped the handle.
First, it seemed heavy as the Xori Z'Cheng tower, the big really tall lump of stone.
Though I'd probably get beheaded on the spot if I said that ifront of someone else.
I'd probably even behead myself.
After a little tug it suddenly became light as the wings of a fairy.
"Now travel and rescue your brother, Ken. My time here is out, farewell!"
The jin suddenly began to glow stronger untill it seemed like there was nothing but light.
Ken woke up in his bed. That dream was so real! He though and got up. Suddenly he noticed that he was holding Kisei, the sword that he got in the 'dream'.
Ken knocked on the door to the old mans room but didn't get an answer. When he opened the door, the old man was dead.
Ken ate a quick breakfeast and then began his journey to his borther palace
Ken easily got over the walls with a simple grapple hook and proceeded towards the throne room. The few guards that saw him was quickly defeated by his supreme sword skills and maybe a bit thanks to the sword.
When Ken entered the throne room he could almost feel the prescence of the demon and the soul of his brother, crying for help, suddenly all the knowledge of the eternal energy flowed into him.
He reached in and ripped the soul out and suddenly the demon soul became a red humanoid with little horns on the head and claws.
Before the demon had time to become it's real shape, Ken stabbed it in the heart with Kisei, sending him to the eternal nothingness of the final death.
From that day and on, the people of Idir's only masters are themselfes.
Ken travels around the worlds, looking for battles to please his thirst of blood. (<---Note: Ken is not a vampire and does not drink blood.)
*A Jin is someone who have come back from the lands of death to tell about something important that it wasn't able to say before. It is widely known that most of the people who have been visited by a jin and followed it, have found a great treasure.
The jin takes the shape of a brightly glowing dot, roughly 3 inches in diametre(sp). The colors can depend.
