Anyway back to the topic, my favorite ending has to be from Majoras Mask. I like it because u create your own ending from completing each individual event in the notebook, thus if u don't complete all the events in the book, then your ending will miss bits out or show an alternative to what woul be shown if u completed the event e.g.

If you fail to give Anju the pendant of memories, then instead of viewing the wedding of Kafi and Anju, u will see Kafi in the Stockpot Inn all alone becasue Anju has fled the town and gone to the ranch
