I dont think it is the Hero of Time, because the Hero of Time already did his job. Wouldnt be fair to make the same hero do all the work.

It makes sense to be the Hero of Winds, because every Hero seems to have done two adventures:

Hero of Time: OOT and MM
Hero of ???: ALTTP and LA
Hero of ????: LOZ and AOL
Hero of Winds: WW and ????? *coughZelda2005cough*

It would make sense to be the Hero of Winds, but who know with Nintendo.
