Re: Leisurely Works of Paint on Canvas
OubliantLeSang, that last painting, is, well, a masterpiece, in my opinion.
I won't lie, I had to check a dictionary to find the meaning of the title, but when I read the definition, my heard did sink.
During the time where I wrote the majority of my poetry, I made sure that my titles had meaning contained in them, so that the title combined with the text of the poem made a complete poem. You have done this same effect, which I admire, in your painting.
I mean, well done; there is much more which I could drag on about, regarding the different states of time this painting could be set in, as it could be just before the mother's death or just after it or whatever, but as the saying goes, a picture paints a thousand words, and this painting is truly an example of that saying.
