maybe just bring some of the items frome the handheld games to the console games. like the roc's feather allows link to jump whenever he wishes and do some more acrobatics, like dodging during fights or running up walls. or the cane of samaria. maybe the four sword, it would be cool if you could pull it off, but i can see it not working. not for multiplyer combat, but like when lock on an enemy all 4 links surround him, or if you block as the main link and hold down the shield button and press A repeatedly, the others hack at the exposed enemy. just ideas to see how 2d things would work in 3d....
