Now I'm not saying I'm in support of employing less qualified people for the sake of equality, but in all honesty when such a biased site is saying something it's usually conveniently forgetting to mention a few things.

I could see a few reasons why that'd be justified, though. All the conservatives in America especially are all "Oh we can't have poor people leeching from the government's money now can we!", but then, if it is such a problem that so many privately educated students are trying to get a job in competition with poorer publicly-educated students (who aren't always subject to government propaganda since the teachers themselves will often have their views and express them), then the poor people having to leech off the government is understandable. Since rich people who don't need jobs are taking them from poor people who do.

Also, it's not like they're saying "We want you to refuse to employ this qualified person who was privately schooled, and instead we want you to employ this mentally handicapped, blind, deaf and dumb state-educated guy. Even if it's neurosurgery." Obviously if there's THAT much of a difference in the levels of education, you wouldn't even be applying for the same JOB. The difference is probably marginal.
