It won't work. There no way you could find enough people who are smart enough and/or willing to help.
And about A Link to the Smash. Those kids took recordings of gameplay from Melee and then changed around camera angles, text, music, etc. However, for this anime proposal of yours, you would need
completely original footage. Which means you would you would either:
A) Have to draw it yourself, which would result in you dying of old age before getting anywhere near finishing it.
B) Purchase extremely advanced and expensive editing software and equipment, which you can not afford on a little kid's allowance.
Then there is the issue of voice recording. There is no way you could find any decent voice actors or voice recording equipment, and even if you did, there is no way you could afford them.
In short. it's impossible. Give this up before you insult your intelligence further.
And I have two words of advice for you:
1) Stop advertising your fan-fics in your posts. Do it in your sig if you must, but I highly doubt anyone cares anyway.
