Eh, I'm not saying OOT has the worst, I just complain about that one character. All the games have bad characters in it. I think OOT is the best Zelda game ever made. I had to choose something though.
Talking to people in the village are annoying, they aren't helpful, so I can agree OOT's characters aren't the best...
