I would spend every waking moment of those three weeks with my friends and family. Probably write a bunch of long heart-felt letters to be opened after my death. Write a will. It would be too short of a time to do anything for myself, and my thouhts would have to focus on making sure that my family weathered the loss as best as possible.

I'd keep it a secret, of course, although that would be damned hard around my fiancee. She'd know something was wrong the moment she saw me.
