First off, please add some more weaknesses and strengths so we have a better idea of how he fights. For Skills/Magic, tell us what he can do in each form, as well as what a Kestrel is, exactly. If he has special marking while in animal form, please add them to the appearences section, which could also use a little more detail. Describe his build, or what his face looks like. Personality could also use a few more points. Finally, for the biography, please go into greater detail. Explain his tribes origins, what group came to destroy them and why, what it means to be a shaman, how the former bound him to the tree, the feelings that came over him as he saw his family and friends slaughtered, etc.

Implement these changes, and I'll have another look.
