There is no way that this is possible, as you can only speak to the Stones of Truths as a child before Ganondorf was sealed. Also, Malon was born around ten years before that (she is roughly the same age as Link, and Link is ten as a child).

I don't think the Gerudo were very fond of Ganondorf even before he was sealed, Nabooru was preparing for a revolution against him of sorts even when Link was a kid (remember the first part of the Spirit Temple?)
Anyways it was just an idea, and I see your point, but the only question I have is were in PH does it imply that the Gerudo are still around?
