But Samus vs. Master Chief... Samus would drill him into the ground, no problem at all. Hell, with something as poweful as say, the Annihilator Beam, She would take Master Chief down in a few rounds. Master Chief is just so below her, and can't even modify his suit to even become as poweful as she.
