I like spinach (very much), cauliflower, carrots, bell pepper that isn't prepared in any way, and onions (if they are counted as vegetables). I don't have anything against cabbage or broccoli.

Hey, that's pretty much what I like and dislike also. Sweet potatoes, chick peas, squash, eggplants, ****ing hate tomatoes and when most all vegetables when they're boiled to mush. I do quite like bell peppers, cooked or raw. I especially like carrots, spinach, onions, garlic n' herbs, lettuce, zucchini, adore mushrooms (more of a fungi, I suppose...) and celery. Broccoli is nice when cooked right, otherwise it tastes like boiled socks. Oh, and potatoes! I could live on potatoes. ^_^
