Are you suggesting that Ganondorf's magic continued to have effect even after his sealing? While there is no evidence against it, I can't imagine Zora's Domain staying frozen forever. Once Link killed Amorpha and sealed Ganon away, there should have been no reason for it to stay frozen. After it unfroze, there was enough time for the race to revive itself, and when the Great Flood happened they migrated. You may call this mere speculation, but so is most of what you have below:

The zoras are not gonna leave Zoras domain, its their promised land. The Goddesses are not gonna leave the Zora, they are one of the rew races to remain faithful to them. What do they do? So now the Rito move in, I would say about 100-200 years before WW starts, they use grapling hooks to get around. The Goddesses decide to grant them wings, one one condition, if the World is ever to be in any danger, they are to warn everyone, thus them becomeing post men. so now 100-200 years have past and the rito are evolved to the point that they are in WW, witht he help of the godesses of course.
