WW takes place int he adult timeline correct? Zoras domain is frozen, the Zora are on the verge of extinction. The zoras are not gonna leave Zoras domain, its their promised land. The Goddesses are not gonna leave the Zora, they are one of the rew races to remain faithful to them. What do they do? If they are no longer Zoras they they will ahve no reason to stay in Zoras domain. They begin to slowly change the Zoras. Now by the time the great flood happens, we can assume that the Rito are not fully evolved tot he point they are in WW, so they find Death MT. which is unoccupied becuase the Gorons have left to live on the earth, the gorons are not going to live in a mountain with barely any ground on it, the goron need vasts amounts of ground on the surface, so they left to find an island better suited for them. So now the Rito move in, I would say about 100-200 years before WW starts, they use grapling hooks to get around. The Goddesses decide to grant them wings, one one condition, if the World is ever to be in any danger, they are to warn everyone, thus them becomeing post men. so now 100-200 years have past and the rito are evolved to the point that they are in WW, witht he help of the godesses of course.

There Zoras domain in more than a reason to have evolved.
