A community of what? idiots? Most of the time when a drama-maker appears everyone ignores the idiot in question, or pokes a bit of fun at him and he eventually learns is lesson. This mostly happens in mature communities. BUT, in some communities, the immatuire members do what you just said to seem "cool." That, or the drama-maker is so bad everyone gets pissed off and irritated and hostile towards everybody which breeds more drama until the mods ban him and things settle down.
