A new so-called techie... the angle-side-tilt-attack!

Just tilt your Control Stick at an angle while doing a side tilt attack and you will see a slight change in direction (or angle) to the attack.

I see Lucario as the perfect/most effective example/test subject for this. Try it out, everyone!
