Galactus

Well, is he even a villain? Well, I would certainly say so, seeing as how his goal is simply to consume entire planets. He has the Power Cosmic. I'm not exactly sure what that means. But the Silver Surfer's abilities include: restructure matter, elemental transmutation, conversion of matter into energy, concussive blasts, energy expulsions strong enough to destroy planets, illusion casting, limited telepathy, healing, ungauged levels of physical strength, limited invulnerability, and the ability to advance or halt genetic evolution in life forms. And to think, that's only a fraction of what Galactus is capable of. Awesomeness

Zod

Self-important. Arrogant. Deluded These would all describe Zod. I mean, come on, he fights on par with Superman, has intelligence that rivals Luthor, and runs around demanding that everyone kneel to him lol.

Kefka Palazzo

Ah yes, Kefka. He was egotistical, powerful, and insane. And what good villain doesn't have a bit of insanity, eh? Besides doing all the typical villain stuff (burning castles, capturing/poisoning/killing cities), he actually became a sort of god and ruled the world for a short while. And he had that annoying laugh too. Lol
