I agree with this. But I also think that another part of the Imprisoning War (the part with the 'interlopers' referred to in TP.) occured before Oot, right around when Link was born and left in the woods by his mother.
Soo...two parts of the Imprisoning War? Maybe. I don't see any evidence against it.
