You pointed out a completely insignificant flaw that doesn't effect the gameplay in the least. I'm not saying Portal is my favorite game ever, but it is
basically flawless/perfect.
The only game that might be more perfect is Ocarina Of Time. (I hear Super Metroid is up there too, but I haven't had the pleasure of playing that.)
