Gravity is the only thing that keeps us on Earth, the only reason we can run, jump, and not fly off. This is because the Earth is so heavy, its orbital pull attracts us.

Science is now drilling deeper into the mantle, they just reached the 7 mile mark yesterday.

If we could theoreticly get to the CENTER of the Earth: what would be the gravity situation? Would we be weightless? Would we be crushed by the gravity of the Earth around us?
