I was going to enter in the last one, but 1) I'm lazy 2) I was working on something else, and 3) there seemed to be
very few participants. I didn't want to win by being the only one that submitted anything. That's no fun.
So basically... the reason I think your art contests are not very much participated in is because they are not... participated in.
...
But, seriously, the adverts aren't getting to the artists. As well, most artists are Melancholics, and Melancholics are procrastinators by nature.
There is no hope for us.
