Now that I think about it, the IE error suggests that your computer doesn't have enough free memory. ("Memory" being RAM.) The reason is it's trying to write to location 0x0, which means that it doesn't have a location for whatever that stuff is, and assuming the program is written correctly (and given it works for everyone else, albeit not by standards), that means Windows didn't give it the RAM it needs.
