Not possible. vBulletin was rewritten - the old profile pages don't exist anymore, much less an option to switch back to them.
I highly suggest not whining about it. Go talk to Jelsoft if you dislike it - or, better yet, perhaps you could actually enjoy it like the rest of us and join in on the fun!
... there will always be those who disagree with changes that happen anywhere. I'm not one to cater to those who would rather live in the distant past.
