Re: "Zelda the Anime, TP" Recruiting now!
I laughed.
First off, let me tell you about Visual Basic (VB). I am currently enrolled at a technical college and I have to learn some Visual Basic, even though I am going to be primarily a web developer. First thing first, Visual Basic appears easy on the surface. Click on some stuff, stick it on a box, add some text, then your done. Unfortunately, that's just quick reference stuff, and anything you put on the "form" wont do anything until you code it to do so. The code for VB is far from "easy" to learn. Sure, the basics are simple. Basics are simple for every language. To make anything successful out of VB outside of small programs like a wage calculator requires vast knowledge. I am positive that before you get to that point, you will hit a wall and give up. Oh, and in coding, there is no room for "typing mistakes". If you can't even type your own LANGUAGE correctly, how do you expect to type a "computer language" correctly?
As for this entire concept: Valiant idea - it's unrealistic. Even among us webmasters out there (Jason, Cap, Lysia, Mases, etc.) we wont even discuss ideas that are too far out of the realm of possibility.
