Or substitute Ganon from TWW in the Adult Timeline.

This is really irrelevant, as Ganon has to be revived after being killed with the Silver Arrows at least once (OoS/OoA), and has to be revived for LoZ, FSA, and ALttP to even take place.

Yes it does. The original story says the sages needed to find a hero to wield the Master Sword in order to seal away Ganon.

There's no reason why a similar situation can't happen after TWW or LoZ.

TWW also ends with the Triforce being reunited, which needs to happen for both LoZ and ALttP. Whichever comes later can rely on the other to provide the unity of the Triforce, but the one that comes first needs the Triforce to be reunited after OoT.

This doesn't happen in TP.

He's a greedy sumbish, of course he wants power for the sake of power. In OoT he wanted to rule the world, for crying out loud, and unless you seek to make it better (newsflash: he doesn't), the only justification I can think of is so that you can be the most powerful person on earth.

There are also sages in OoT that they failed to mention in TWW.

TWW has nothing to do with the Sacred Realm, though, so why talk about the sages?
ALttP deals almost exclusively with the Sacred Realm, so why talk about the hero? (They do anyway, since they say that "whenever disaster waylays the royal family, a hero will appear," and there was certainly such a disaster in the IW. Put two and two together and this saying doesn't make sense if there was no hero. I know you can point to the flood and say there was no hero there, but that's explained by telling the player he went back in time.)

No, but they did mention that the Triforce was still resting in the Sacred Realm from creation, which can only be true if the IW is at or before OoT.
Okay, I have been convinced by this post to change my timeline, so I will edit that into the first post of my current timeline thread right now.

Edit: Okay, the new timeline is up. You can all check it now if you want to.
