I think you've got your Sci-Fi nomenclature a bit off.
Robot: Fully electrical/mechanical.
Android: Synthetic human. Fake skin, fake blood, fake bones, but not (usually) made of metal.
Cyborg: Either part human/part robot, or part robot/part android, or part android/part human.
I really wish I knew where I learnt stuff like this.
