I'm honestly not sure about absolute timeline stuff. It would definately take place in the Adult Timeline, and with the same Toon Link, but in the grand scheme of things it would have no effect on the progression of said timeline so it wouldn't matter wether or not it's considered canon.
I'm glad you like my idea.
But I'm offended that you would compare it to Crossbow Training. That was more like work than play.
