OoT's Ganon's Castle definately.
It looks so cool and kinda gothic from the outside. Protected by 6 spirit barriers. Huge spiral staircases. Giant organ that echoes throughout the castle. Is over a lava pit. Ominous torches. Stalfos. Has its own fairy fountain. Great Fairy Fountain outside with hot fairy. Protected by a market full of redead.

Also has a self destruct system.

Cool right.
