Ganondorf by far. Which is odd, considering I usually go for the Hero's helper (Midna, Tatl, and Ezlo, for example). But Ganondorf...I actually felt sorry for him this time around. As he explained, he and the Gerudo lived in a nearly unhospitable environment, so he went to Hyrule in an attempt to allow Gerudo into the prosperous land. He heard of the Triforce, gains the ToP, only to have it all stripped away from him and then sealed into an empty void for hundreds of years. He breaks out, only to get sealed beneath an entire sea for even longer. He breakes out and finally, after so long, assembles the Triforce to wish for a prosperous land for his people, only for someone else to make a wish first and the triforce leave his grasp again, before he finally goes insane and gets killed.
After The Wind Waekr, I never saw Ganondorf as evil ever again, but as a pitiful man just trying to save his people, and going about it the wrong way.
