Also does anyone agree that Kefka isn't really a great character. All he does is poison people, kill people and laugh at you. Btw, he's laughing animation lasts like 15 seconds and it is seriously annoying...

There's something you have to do before Terra decides to come back with you; I know you beat the big green dude once, then Terra says she won't come, so I think if you come back after getting someone else she should join up after another big green dude fight.
I actually liked Kefka for the same reasons you didn't. He seems to be a lot more evil than many of the other villains out there. He kills without a second thought, he goads you, and is all-around bastard-tastic. There needs to be more bad guys that are actually
bad.
