In WW they seemed to be smarter, as they used many different kinds of swords along with a few other baddies. (Those pig things) I guess that's a good point about the animation though, Naruto in CGI would look a lot different than it does now. (No offence, but it'd be neet to see the differance on the case of Naruto.) And evalution can be something simple like getting smarter, or learning faster. Well that is, if you're not Christian and choose to believe that garbage.
But that's just me, the only reason I thought evelution was cause of the similarties. Like that stupid caveman to modern man chart. X_X
As far as Ganon was concerned he looks a tad older in WW and TP, didn't you notice he has a full beard in both and that in OOT he didn't? Though being sealed in the sacred realm wouldn't age very much would you....haha, I'm famous for noticing the tiny details like that.
