Does anyone here know what the meaning behind this line is? Why was the Wind blowing? (You also notice it blowing on Ganondorf and King Hyrule's clothings). There wasn't any wind below Hyrule before, and it would obviously be impossible for wind to blow as they are beneath the ocean... so is it just in there for effect?
