With the conditions they can muster, I wouldn't be surprised if they could survive in space. But flying Gorons? You either need a Big Goron to throw one or for them to shoot a constant stream of flames from their fists (ala Goron Link) to propel from the ground. Or be shot out from a geyser/volcano. Or...
