There was a degree of fanficing involved to introduce the game idea here, but I think it very much belongs here in the Future Zelda section. Pure fanfic is stuff that the writer doesn't intend will be in any game. The OP of this thread, however, is suggesting something for a future game, albeit with a heavy focus on the story, which is fine. Some focus sheerly on gameplay, others on plot. I see no reason to exclude one or the other or to move either to a different section. Future Zelda is a broad umbrella, and I think this thread fits just as well underneath it as the other threads here.
