Re: (Act.) Courageous Blood (T)
"Oh, sweet! You mean I finally get to see her again?" Link shouted. The whole room must have heard him.
"You seem very excited about this assignment. I didn't know you felt that way about the princess." replied Councilman Mattire. Mattire was the councilman personally in charge of Link's schedule, and turned out to be a caring mentor to him.
"W-w-what makes you think that?" Link stuttered, cheeks red as 20 rupees. Gaining his compsure, he spoke again, "Well, can you just tell me what I have to do?"
"Of course. Princess Zelda is going on a pilgrimage to the seven temples to pray for guidance. You know that ways of all the Hylian Temples, so I want you to escort her."
"Very well Mattire. I shall be off to Hyrule Castle immediately."
And so, Link left the inn and ran off to Hyrule Castle. Yet as fast as his legs could take him, it seemed all too slow to be finally seeing Zelda again. When he reached the gates, Link decided he was feeling up for an old game of his.
He quietly climbed the vines, jumped off the ledge and rolled, subduing the landing impact and any noise along with it. He crept up the hill just inbetween two lazy guards, ran past the ones guarding the moat and finally climbed up the loose stones on the ledge. Jumping into the moat, he swam down to the bars and climbed up onto dry ground. "And now for the fun part..." he whispered to himself. He crept into the door, which led to the same place as the little stream. One by one, he counted the guards walking patterns and sped right on past them. As he rounded the last corner past the longest hedge, he spotted a familiar face. But perhaps it was two?
