Wind works like that
its movement
Lightning on the other hand works with 1 dimensional movement.... goes straight towards its target... like sonics B move in supersmash brothers...
Wind can be compressed, and shifted...
With electricty you can only choose your target... and the Big ball o' lightning does the rest... (Homes in)
If there were electricity storms what would happen is it would just pin point everyone and hurt everyone... no blowback... no movement... just straight up damage...
Wind causes movement... Blow on a peice of paper to get a picture of the idea... Movement makes things weirder... Your prepared to shoot somehting with a bow and all of a sudden it leaps out at you... You have a chance to react and strike it with your sword... but with electricty... its instantaneous... and homes in... You must control movement and not every breath you take is a strong as a fan blowing in your face...
