I just recently went back to give Twilight Princess another shot, and I was gagging and how much forced emotion was put into each cutscene, especially with Colin. "Link, when I grow up, I want to be just like you." Could you get any more cliche or overdramatic? Really, I was getting sick from how cheesy the characters were... they are just impossible to care about.

Yeah, it did seem like they were trying WAY to hard in TP. Trying to make us like characters rather than let us think to ourselves on whether or not we cared for this person. A lot of those lines by Colin did make my gag, to the point I couldn't believe he was actually saying what he was saying, Ilia too was annoying and trying to force her onto you.
I would like a Zelda game that didn't force me to go to Point A, then B, then C, then D. To bring my exploration and mystery into Zelda games. I'd like more towns too. What? Yeah, you heard me. More places than just one Castle city, one small village in the forest, and a ghost town with hardly any residents at all.
