I voted humanoid. And on top of that, it should be female. Why? Well, damn, every baddie in The Legend of Zelda series is always a male that wants to take over the world and what not, why not try something different? Like an Evil Queen from a land distant from Hyrule. An impending war in the distance. Also gives us an excuse to fight more humanoid villains other than moblins. Also, it's refreshing, and could lead to some great plot twists, devices, and what not. Like, Link is tricked by her magic, believing that she is a Queen of Peace and helps her with certain acts (gather things in dungeons) then as he finishes, boom, smack in the face and what not. Of course, these are all suggestions, cool thought though.
