Swearing should be used just like any other word in the English language (since we are referring to the English, **** and **** etc etc). In correct doses. When you use it too much it becomes obvious your effort to think of a more appropriate way to express your feelings is low. Swearing is like an 'extra' to the English language. You certainly don't need it, but it does provide you another element to express just how 'pissed off' or much you '****ing' love a subject. Children should NOT be taught how to swear. Why? They can certainly learn that stuff when they are older and have more understanding WHY to use it than just another pretty word that gets a reaction (they certainly do get a reaction from swearing) when they say it.
