I wouldn't go THAT far, but I don't think Zelda will ever try to be as edgy as it was on the N64. The games now are either fanservice or casual gamer diversions, though I am expecting good things from Zelda Wii, I'm not sure if the series will ever be as good as it used to. I could be wrong though, just look at Super Mario Galaxy. It had enough stuff to please any time of gamer, without scaring away casuals.
